Bell Tower Monthly NewsletterFor over twenty years the Bell Tower has been welcomed into parish homes as a vehicle to inform, inspire and educate on a variety of topics. Contents generally include a letter from the Rector, a calendar of upcoming events, short and long news items on completed or upcoming events, occasional humorous items, and contemplative articles by parishioners or editor. Also included are reports of birthdays, anniversaries, births and deaths, notes from Vestry and Foundation meetings, The Silk Purse and occasional printings of articles forwarded from other sources, plus excerpts or prayers from the Book of Common Prayer. This parish newsletter, faithfully edited by Jan Dorsett and produced by Cathy Gould, is mailed to over 200 households each month and extra copies are available in the rear of the nave for visitors and newcomers. It is a communication vehicle open to all parishioners and their submissions are welcomed with editing assistance offered if needed. Submit any material of interest to Leslie Watts. |
