UPDATE

Work continued on painting the north side of Jinkins Hall. This would be a good place to recognize the contribution we get from neighborhood men hired by Father Paul to help us. Over the last month we have had a lot of help from Tommy, Charles, and Ralph. The legs under the big round table in Jinkins Hall were replaced. The new supports are so strong that if there is ever a tornado while you are at church you should consider hiding under that table! We have been working to install non-slip surfaces on the steps at Jinkins Hall. The first attempt,a non-slip adhesive strip, was not successful. We have now painted non-slip stripes on the front steps. Let us know how you like them. We have made some progress on organizing our work room in Molhusen House. Please let us know if you see something that needs our attention. And please thank our neighborhood helpers for their efforts if you are at the church on a Tuesday.
